    Hi everyone, I'm just starting Day 2. I had some wild detox dreams last night but overall feeling great! How is everyone doing? Breakfast today is ginger, tumeric, sweet potato, spinach, carrots, beet and cilantro with a couple of small zucchini and some soaked prunes. Yummy!

    This group is for anyone that would like to join me on a 30 day Juice and Raw Fruits and Veggie Reboot for the month of April 2015. The goal is to juice-only most days but because of travel, work, etc I need the freedom to eat a raw fruit and veggie dinner. Juice only is awesome....I've completed 2......and so is Juice and Raw. Falling off the wagon hurt and this is the ticket to breaking the sugar/wheat addiction and returning to a healthful lifestyle. Please join me and we can Spring Clean together.
