  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I did a 15 day reboot last year and felt great. I fell of the bandwagon and gained another 30lbs last year. I now have over 100lbs to lose. Currently on a 15 day guided reboot as of October 15th. I'm hoping to be able to stick it out in it's entirety this time. Joining a community of people that are going through the same thing helps tremendously when no one around you understands this drastic avenue of change.
  • Favorite Juice? apple/carrot/red pepper/orange/sweet potato
  • Food temptation? Sweets/carbs/butter/coffee with lots of sugar

    Day 2, doing well!! I must admit I started a day early and so I'm officially on day 3. Feeling good so far. Made a substitution in the Get Your Greens Smoothie and made it with Coconut water instead of plain water, which added some extra hydration for me (I'm super bad about drinking water - only at about 24 oz for the day). Hope everyone is on track!

    Hi, Howzit70, no I'm on a 15 day Reboot that officially started yesterday with the group but I started on Tuesday for personal goal reasons (30 days before my birthday)

    Terry, that was a post from my previous reboot. This site used to have a great little app that tracked your juices, food and water progress on a daily basis. As you met certain criteria, it sent you "badges" for your success. I asked Isabel about this feature and unfortunately, it's under construction at this time.

    Norap23, you're already on day 10, do a victory dance! I think hippiemama was really wise on her last post on the Discussion board, fabulous fatties. It's not a group so search for it under discussion boards. Go read it! It is very helpful. Or you could read it in "recent activity", bottom right of the page.

    Love this active pic of you and your sweeties! Will you do the same fun run/walk next year? Might be a fun way to celebrate your progress!

    It was my first 5K Walk (Ugly Christmas Sweater Run) it was sooo cold that day!! And unfortunately, it was hosted by Sam Adams beer and I drank 4 beers after that!! Ugh! I'd not taken a full length pic in a very long time and it was heartbreaking to see the results! I still didn't decide to make a change until last week. I've tried juicing before and didn't make it to a full on juice day, I always supplemented with a salad. This time I'm determined to finish and finally accomplish something towards my goal of losing over 100lbs overall. I'd like to lose close to 60 in these 60 days. Juice on!
