    I've been doing "liquids til dinner" most days.. Using this time to get ready for a new years resolution juice/smoothie fast.. I planned on starting sooner but I realized that my juice plans never go as planned lol I'll be fasting while taking dairy and gluten out of my family's diet. I found some suja juice at Costco, I like it and I plan on using it during the fast. Time to start getting my head ready for this fast. It won't be my last fast, but I want it to be the last one that is so long. 45 days was my longest on just juice... Followed by 28 days. I want to heal myself. And be a better me.

    Hey everyone.. My juicer burned out and I had a lot going on in my life, so I focused on what I needed to do.. But after my last fast-- I promised I would juice in between the holidays. So the Monday following thanksgiving will be my start day. It's possible that I may modify it to more to fit my life right now but the goal is to end up 85% veggies/fruit based lifestyle. My other goal is to start classes for my personal training certification classes in 2016... So see you Monday!

    So.. I've put of my fast until this up coming Monday. I realize I'm stressed about money and back to back doctor visits, and preschool and therapy. lol... It's making it hard to focus on just the fast. Plus the juicer broke down on me.. I'm hoping to get a nut milk bag and use that with the blender method. Strain out all the juice. Sounds like a pain but we do what we gotta do, right? I am getting so grossed out by meat since last night. That's strange coming from me. Kind of glad, it will make it easier to fast.

    Day one. You got this..I'm going to prep some juices and sip on some water and tea. I might start swimming tonight but I'm not sure. Gonna clean up the house to some jamz. It's not easy...BUT IT'S WORTH IT!

    Weigh-ins every 10 days. Reward every 30 days. Dedicate time to do something creative once every 15 days as well (painting, practicing the sax, poems, something.) and get all the important stuff done asap... Busy next couple weeks ahead...

    6/30 for squat challenge. I'm on my last juice (I'm eating and having juice and smoothies--Working on gaining muscle/working out.) weight has been steady around 194 lbs. Before my fast I was 209 lbs. So that still feels good. I'm not expecting the scale to drop anytime soon. I'm ready to re shape my body.

    28/28. I have ended my fast. Watermelon with lime. I do not regret my choice. I will be eating mostly raw and some soup. Sandwiches later. I will be juice fasting after Thanksgiving until about a week before Christmas. I might do a short one In August/September. I will continue to keep juice in my life.

    28/80...I want to make it past day 30 but I'm freaking out. weight loss is slow. Lot's of therapy for kids coming up. Stress makes me wanna eat.. I also want to build muscle.. I know I did this to my body and it is going to take time. If i decide I am going to eat-- Just don't give up on this journey. The moment I stop fasting, That's the moment I need to be sure I'm ready to work hard for this. I need to really workout. I need to really eat right. I can have a naughty meal here and there but I can't get hooked all over again and make it breakfast, lunch and dinner. One day at a time.

    Hi, my name is Kate (aka katiejay/kate.the.warrior). I began adding juice to my life April 9, 2013. Since then, I've lost approximately 170 pounds, have been the featured member twice, a featured success story and am in Joe's new book. Life is radically different. I no longer hide in the shadows. Your reboot can be of any duration from 5 days to 100+. It can be 100% juice or modified juicing with plant-based eating on the side...whatever keeps you going. I do have one request... NO FOOD TALK...it can throw someone off track on a particularly difficult day. We don't need to hear about what you ate, wanted to eat or dreamt of eating. I'd suggest that you try to keep from weighing too often...if you're having a good day - have a good day. Don't let a number dictate whether you feel victorious or defeated.     Hello, My name is Cristina, I'm originally from Philippines but now I'm living in Stockholm Sweden.im creating this group hoping to get some support from you guys who are into juicing..and into losing weight..I'm myself struggle a lot when it comes to weight. I came from a culture who eat rice into breakfast lunch and dinner and even to snack..so no wonder we put more weight!!! Since I was 7 I have a problem with my knee..it hurts when I feel the cold rainy days..some says its genetic that I have a rheumatoid arthritis something like that..I didn't really went to doctor since in Philippines it cost a lot to go to doctor so im just self medicating buying some anti inflammatory meds. I know it's wrong but it works and help me ease the pain.. Anyway...lets make the story short. When I got here in Sweden. They have good medical benefits. So I started to see a doctor and investigate what is really causing the pain in my knee..we have done a lot of test..and it shows I don't have rheumatoid arthritis. For a year and half my doctor didn't give up on me and keep investigating why I have pain,what is the cause of pain..everything..and for those times we still could not figure out why\what all these question. To the point I gave up to myself to find all those answer scientifically.. Then I thought that maybe I weighted to much that my knee could not handle it..so I will try juicing to lose weight. And hoping..maybe with the magic of this juicing I will feel no pain one of this days.. So guys join me in my juicing..need your support.

    I am making this group to challenge and commit myself to continuing with my weight loss. If you are looking to start a fast and would like to start August 10th, 2015 You are more than welcome to join. You may prep ahead of time by adding in more fruits and veggies to your meals, and decreasing meat/processed/junk foods. You may also go cold turkey. This is up to you. If you prep ahead, you may notice less intense withdraws from caffeine and such. I am truly looking forward to this next chapter of my life and I'm happy I am able to share it with you.

    Hello! I've been having a really difficult time starting up my third juice only fast...So I've decided that I would do better if I add in smoothies along with vegan protein shakes.
