  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: Like most folks I watched the movie several times. Was impressed with Joe's stick-to-itness. I will say it is probably easier when you are rich and do not have to work and can just prowl the country while you change your life. NO OFFENSE JOE, just jealous that I am a working stiff.
  • Favorite Juice? Anything with Beets in it. I love Beets. I have found yellow beets and watermelon beets they are yummy and pretty too.
  • Food temptation? anything with cheese. And cheese is SOOO bad for our bodies (Sorry Kraft)

    Hi

I apologize for the delicate topic but......

I am on day six. I am down 10 pounds. I am juicing 80/20 veggies to juice.

the only symptom or discomfort I have felt was a low grade headache on day 3 and 4

day 5 I began having a huge energy surge

I have not had much bowel production. From the other posts I have read I was expecting discomfort.

other than the juice. I had one bite of bok choy to taste it. I doubt that could have gummed me up.

    thoughts?
