    I'm fairly new to juicing and finished a 28-day juice fast/diet last week. And as everyone reported I felt AMAZING, not perfect but definitely saw and felt massive improvements.

    I then moved onto eating again and did well for the first 2-3 days although I could tell that my body wasn't sure what was going on. By day 5 and 6 I started to feel like sh*t again. As if all the hard work to tow the line with juicing was all for not.

    So, I woke up this morning and have decided that I'm going back to juicing indefinitely or at least until I can't stand the sight or taste of juice any longer. I'm frightened that I won't be able to handle real meals anymore since I noticed such a dramatic shift from feeling well to feeling like I was beaten with a baseball bat :(

    Fingers and toes and eyes crossed.

    Hey there Hot Potato - good job deciding to go back to juicing! It is a big wake up call for many of us when we actually begin to feel the amazing difference between juicing and our old way of eating. Generally, when we juice we feel great - when we go back to our old ways we do not. There are many of us who are working on finding the right balance between juicing and healthy meals, but it isn't easy and it doesn't come overnight. Just hang in there and keep looking for ways to find what will work for you. :)
