I'm fairly new to juicing and finished a 28-day juice fast/diet last week. And as everyone reported I felt AMAZING, not perfect but definitely saw and felt massive improvements.
I then moved onto eating again and did well for the first 2-3 days although I could tell that my body wasn't sure what was going on. By day 5 and 6 I started to feel like sh*t again. As if all the hard work to tow the line with juicing was all for not.
So, I woke up this morning and have decided that I'm going back to juicing indefinitely or at least until I can't stand the sight or taste of juice any longer. I'm frightened that I won't be able to handle real meals anymore since I noticed such a dramatic shift from feeling well to feeling like I was beaten with a baseball bat :(
Fingers and toes and eyes crossed.
