• About: I'm a busy working mom and I haven't taken very good care of myself over the past few years. I struggled with my weight until my mid-twenties when I finally took control of my eating and exercised daily. I ran a marathon when I was 29 and it was one of the best days of my life. After dealing with some ups and downs, a couple of cancer scares, an unexpected surgery, and a now sedentary lifestyle, I am more than 50lbs overweight.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I saw Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead last year and dabbled in juicing but didn't stick with it. It's time for me to get serious and start again. I will turn 50 next month and I am hoping to give myself a healthier lifestyle as a birthday present!

    Is there a recipe for beet soup anywhere on the site? I used to make borsht with beets and cucumbers and wondered if you've posted a recipe. Thanks!
