    Hey Marjory - thought I would check in to see how you are doing. I got back on track again the end of December and I'm feeling so much better. I was only off of the program for 10 days and couldn't believe how poorly I felt. In fact, I compared my pictures from my last day to my first day and if that isn't motivation, I don't know what is!
