    Hi Marion, Juicing is a great way to get a better perspective on food. I personally don't get hardly any bad detox symptoms but some get headaches , muscle aches and even nausea. I'm on day 10 today and I'm not hungry and my energy is good. I hope you get started and change your life for the better!!

    Thank you for the encouragement. I'm on day one and I'm not feeling bad yet. I was down to only one coffee in the morning anyway so I don't have a headache yet. I read on the website that you could eat fruits and veggies and juice for 5 days and then start into juice only. I think that is what I'm going to do this first time. I will let you know. I'm thinking about doing the 15 day with 10 days being juice only. :) Glad to hear about your progress! How wonderful! You sound like you are a pro at this? Thanks again!!!!
