    We are on day four of our reboot journey. Days 2 and 3 were challenging ---wanted some old favorites! We made it this far and we've committed to 10 days. I keep telling myself this is a "timeout" just at way to shock change my intake to healthier choices. I will allow myself an old fav when I done with this reboot----I just won't be eating my favs all day long!!!!lol
