I basicly stopped losing weight after the first week I am day 18 today my weight loss has been...

    1st week...4.7kgs (10.36pounds)
    2nd week 1.6kg (3.5 pounds)
so far this week (4 days after the last weigh in) I haven't lost anything at all.

    Hubby has lost
    1st week... 4.5kgs (9.9 pounds)
    2nd week...2.2kgs (4.8 pounds)

just wondering if this was normal or if everyone's different

I just finished a 21 day reboot Friday night and during the whole reboot I didn't have any anxiety, however Sunday morning I had a strong anxiety attack and this morning I have had nagging anxiety...I am beginning to think maybe it is a food reaction...I asked friends on Facebook if anyone had found this and one friend had said they are allergic to Dairy and they get anxiety when they eat it.
I am wondering if anyone here has found a connection or if I am barking up the wrong tree...I do have lactose intolerance and ate garlic butter prawns Saturday night and last night the sauce my husband made for dinner had sour cream...so thinking it may possibly be a dairy reaction.

I just find it strange I had no issues at all with anxiety while juicing

today after 15 days on juice only we decided to sieve our juice...the amount of pulp in the juice was a lot....just wondering if this would be affecting results or if it doesn't matter.

My Husband and I did a 3 day juice fast 2 weeks ago. We ate mostly raw foods for 3 days before. By day 3 I had really had enough and was looking forward to real food. we had salad as a first meal and I ended up giving in to a slice of fresh cooked bread. However my tummy didn't cope very well and I ended up in the toilet.

We are braving a 10 day reboot the 11th of may and then in July or August are going to do attempt a 60 day reboot after watching the movie last weekend.

we ordered a slow juicer on the weekend as we had borrowed a friends to see how it went..a champion...which we decided no way were we going to manage a 60 days of juicing with one of those. So recently borrowed another friends oscar and decided that style of juicer was sooo much better and oxidations lower.

we juiced whatever we could find in the shop which was a little of everything in each juice LOL no recipes as such

so is there any tips anyone has for a 10 day reboot? anything we could have done different?

I am 45 and have heel spurs and degenaritive arthritis in my lower back so don't do much exercise as well as hypothyroidism and some other health problems just starting. I also weigh 115kgs so am wanting to try and get healthier and lose some weight as well.

I have tried just about everything else...last year I lost about 15kgs but it took about 8 months I was exercising 4 times a week for abouy 45 minutes to an hour and the dr even tried duromine on me which didn't do much either. I had pretty much given up on ever finding something which would help...then a friend was talking about fat sick and nearly dead...so I looked up juicing and did the 3 days. I lost 3kgs over the 3 days and had a bit more energy so am keen to try for longer.

No my diet presently is not bad...I am not and never have been someone who sits and stuffs their face all day or eats 4 litres of icecream in one sitting or 2 pizzas at one meal and that's another reason it's been so frustrating for me trying to lose weight. My body just doesnt respond how it should and I am really hoping to change that by rebooting.

My husband is also slightly overweight, he was about 15 kgs more over weight when he met me due to stress mainly, but he needs to lose about 15 kgs to be in his weight range.

anyway yeah any tips or great recipes (bearing in mind we are in the outback and vegies are never very fresh and more expensive than Perth.)

This morning My Husband and I started our 21 day juice reboot...We are in Western Australia. Hubby is hoping to lose a few kgs and be healthier other than that he doesn't have any health issues. Myself well I have a list of health problems and was told if my next blood tests come back like they were last time I would be having to go on several different meds. I am also very over weight due to thyroid problems and need to lose about 45kgs. so very good incentive to get juicing :) we have eased in and had mostly veggies both cooked and raw for 4 days.
so my plan is to do this 21 days then go for blood tests. We do want to do 60 days but because we have quite a few things on in June including a weeks vacation we decided to do 21 days then after June, either July or August do a 60 day.
so if anyone wants to join us or give us any tips and tricks to getting to 21 days that would be great :)

    Hi,
My Husband and I are about to attempt a 21 day reboot (in the raw fruit and veg stage atm). I am wondering about bowel movements and what would be normal or abnormal eg should I be worried if I havnt gone in a week or is that fine etc and what do you do if you are not going as often as you should during juice only reboot...I would think you wouldn't need to go much seeing as you don't get a lot of fibre.

    thanks

    Hi,

My Husband and I set out to do a 21 day juice only reboot today is day 19...last night I couldn't resist some corned beef as I served up for my kids...up till then I had been doing ok though really wanting to eat something.
Up till then I was thinking I could maybe keep going till the week we have to go away which would take it to 35 days.
I am wondering if adding some food say a raw meal at dinner or some cooked veggies would affect my results both in weight loss and health.

I have some health problems I was hoping to get over by doing the reboot and heaps of weight to lose. Just wondering if I should keep going with only juice and possibly cheating now and again or if the same results could be achieved by adding in a meal.

    thanks
