    Day 2 and I have a major migraine headache. I went off Diet Coke cold turkey. Any ideas what I can do? It's making me nauseous.

    I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I hurt all the time. I am 50 years old and feel like I am 80. I am finishing up day 4 of the reboot. I wasn't sure I would even be able to make it this long. I am shooting for 5 days but if I feel good I will go for longer. I quit drinking Diet Coke cold turkey and have suffered with headaches on Day 2 and a little residual headache on day 3. I have been really dizzy and at times I feel really hungry. I have also felt a little nauseous off and on. But, I think I have been sleeping better, except for having to get up to use the bathroom. I am excited to get my body detoxed and get back to eating clean. I have a running race in November and I need to shed some weight and eat better to fuel my body. I also know I need to take better care of it. My husband is also doing this with me and he has really had no bad side effects. I am hoping by the end of the week I am not so dizzy. I am going to stick with it. Joe's documentary was inspiring. I am rambling, and I don't sound very positive, but I really do like taking control of my eating. Here's to my health.

    I am training for a 200 mile relay race with 11 other runners. I will run about 16 miles. I need to make sure I am getting plenty of fuel for my body. I have been doing the reboot for 4 weeks now and the last week and a half I started incorporating one plant based meals each day that is part of the reboot plans such as the soups and salads. I still want to continue to lose weight but need to make sure as my weekly miles increase for training that I am getting "enough". What do you recommend? I have seen some of the recipes for exercise juices and will try adding them, but just wonder if there is something else I should be doing.
