  • How to Clean Your Juicer

The Nutridisk (or the stainless steel cutting blade thing) is hard to clean. I have tiny bits of food left on it after a thorough washing. How clean does it need to be? Can I use it with some specks left on it? HELP!

I have scrubbed, soaked in lemon water, hot water, etc., the blade thing on my juicer to get rid of the film that was left on it, and it still is not perfectly clean. If there is a residue left, could that be a potential food poisoning issue?
