    Hi Roz!

Sorry for the gap in time. I went back to working, being a Mom and not getting on my computer. Well, I found that doing that behavior was rewarded with gaining back all the weight I lost on our re-boot. So, starting May 6th I am joining another Re-boot team. This time for 30 days. If I can do 15 then I can do 30.

This time, I need to make the changes permanently in my life :)

How are you doing? I am sorry that I dropped out of sight.

    Lisa (screen name Kaela)

Fat Tuesday is right around the corner and I am going to give up food and go juice only this year. It would be great if others wanted to do it as well. Even though this fast is rooted in Catholic traditions you don't have to be Catholic or a Christian to benefit from the effects of juicing for over 40 days. Ash Wednesday is February 18th and according to Google goes until April 2 which is Holy Thursday but i have always waited to end my fast on Easter. Whichever day you choose is your call. Lets all team up and make this our last fat Tuesday of the year!!
