I've been able to wake up and get all the juice I need in the morning packed and ready to go for my long days so far but today I think I was encountering a heavy load of homework/projects, work load and just a lot of thoughts I couldn't calm myself + I was hungry because I did't get to get my juice out of the cooler when I need too and wanted food. I made a really small veggie quesadilla and that was yummy and filling. I can tell the differences of juice and food filler trying to get thought the rest of my day, "I just have a lot on my plate,ha, ha" to get through.

Getting others emails or from people you haven't talked to ! Molly say's "I think i figured it out! In groups that i belong to there is a button at the top saying "send message to group". I'm pretty sure that's where the emails are coming from. I still get them all the time."

the chain needs to be broken. Most newbies don't realize that they are replying to a group message in their inbox. I didn't for a while. ALook at the top of your message reply and if there are multiple names with commas, then delete and put in just one name. OR YOU CAN COMPOSE A NEW MESSAGE to a single person. Either way works and it is out of the RECEIVER'S hands.... Maybe you can determine just who is sending the messages and mssg them singularly what they need to do.... /BB

Day 7 and down 9lbs!!! I'm excited and find it easier each day but not free of temptation when like 9pm hits. uggh that's when I really have to stay strong and just make another juice. I do like having soup stored away knowing if I need something I can have that. I did this other weight loss shake program that in 4 months cost me $2,000+ with supervision and weekly check ins. I never felt good, was always hungry, it was a thick shake you would have to drink right way or it would puff up, it was awfull. Juicing is the best ever really I just cant explain (probably could) but it's been amazing so far can't wait to keep going.WOW

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!
