I am still using the juicing, but I have decided to slowly get back into the steps. For the past several months my life was met with unexpected events that took me by surprise. Affected the way I was eating emotionally and mentally. Now that I have pass the hurdles of life, I am so looking forward to being healthy and plan to exercise. Where I live the sun does not come out for 6 months and the weather is often very cold wet so it is hard to enjoy the outdoor life. What I am planning to do is to get rid of certain foods in my pantry and re-organize my kitchen and panty. So looking forward to this which is a sigh of relief! lol

I cannot believe that my refrigerator is now holding nothing but fruits and vegetables for my reboot!
I like it a lot! I am on Day 28, still going strong! When I first started out I was at 283 lbs. and today I am at
268 lbs. I feel great and look good! A week ago started my light workout at the fitness gym, and had no idea how much fun for me to lose the weight and enjoying my exercise too!
    Thank you Joe!

I have transitioned off the reboot to vegetarian meals until my skin irritation goes away. The itching has stopped and I am not sure why is that. But I felt it was my body telling me I had to change for a few days and then go back to the reboot.

I am doing very well on the reboot, I have lost several clothes sizes already and my skin looks great!
    I will continue to reboot!

I like the word "Rebooting" makes a lot of sense to me!
I have slowly turned my kitchen and the refrigerator into a wellness home.
It has been 30 Days in my reboot, my experience from this has totally changed my way
of thinking, how I eat and taking care of my own surroundings.

My allergies are gone, my migraines is gone and I no longer feel the need to go home from work
sick. My co-workers are beginning to look at me twice and thinking to themselves "what did she do to herself?"
I have not said a word to my co-workers yet about my reboot and change of life!

I will wait when the time is right. LOL

My husband has been my champion since I started this, he has been a great support and patient man.

My goal is to continue to 60 days.

This is day one for me. I love the taste, for my first day, I felt odd! LOL Where did this energy come from.
I am so happy I cam across this by accident.

Day 1. I am using the Mean Green Juice.

I will continue on logging in my daily with the juicing.

Thank you Joe for making this possible!

I started 13 days ago with an attitude of taking it one day at a time, and being around friends and family that are very supportive of me in what I am trying to do. I never dreamed I am at day 13! I am seeing results:
    Losing the weight
    My skin looks vibrant
My energy feels so good that I don't even miss my morning coffee! Which really surprised me!
I started out slowly with my workout routine, working with a fitness instructor who completely understands what I am doing. He has seen the video himself, loves it.

My allergies have plagued me for so many years and I work in a sick building, every morning I would have to
be medicated before I go to work for my allergies and bronchitis. When I go home I have to shower off to get rid of my work environment dust and mold spores.

I had headaches so bad just being in the building within an half an hour and my asthma and bronchitis would start acting up.

I am overweight and tried everything been on a yo-yo diet, tablets you name it and I have probably tried everything including a lap band.

Well 13 days ago I weighed myself I was at 283 lbs. and today I am currently down to 273 lbs.
I could not eat veggies for the life of me when I went for my lap band.

This whole experience has been so positive. I have had temptations along the way like having my espresso and sweets to go with that espresso.

I am truly amazed what my body has been missing the real nutrients My body was actually starving.

Now I am listening to my body so to speak, I understand now how nutrition works before I never did!

My goal is to go 30 days and up to 60 days.

Thank you Joe for your education on how the body works and how rebooting is so important!

I am looking back and seeing just how much I was in the fog so to speak.
When I first saw Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead movie, the movie was a wake up call for me and perfect
    timing too!

Seeing the movie was a revelation, that movie answered a lot of questions about the good foods and not so good foods. For the past several years, my diet was a yo-yo. I tried Atkins Plan, Zero foods diet, even tried the
600 calorie diet which just about did me in!

I knew that vegetable were important but just how much can you really eat broccoli, cauliflower? LOL
I just kept on searching to the point I was about to give up. I hated my scale with a passion, I even envied people who could lose weight, but you never hear if they gained it all back. LOL

When I actually sat through this video, this was my answer and so relieved. When I started my first reboot, my body was starving literally of real nutrients.

I weighed 283 lbs. 30 days ago, and my metabolism is just very low, I can't keep warm or burn calories when I try to exercise. When I was done with my gym, my body was crying out for something but what!

Today, Day 30, I weigh currently 267 lbs. I am so happy and I am at peace with my new life changes with reboot. I am continuing on to 60 days, which I am halfway there! I lost two sizes down, and my skin glowing, I look forward to losing more weight down the road.

My reboot experiences have taught me a lot about the right kinds of foods, I am more aware, alert and a lot more energetic than I have felt in YEARS!

Thank you Joe and Phil for saving my life!

I did have like 5 pieces of shrimp! But later in the day went back on my juicing. The oddest thing is that I stopped without any battles with myself!

Deep down I did not feel guilty!

Today, started out with my hot herbal teas before drinking "mean green" juice. I can't believe it,
there were times I was so tempted to taste the foods I craved like cheese.

Omg! I love meats of all kinds, and I love coffee, espresso. During the first week was I wasn't sure how I would take it without having any coffee, or espresso. I had a routine espresso in the morning and another one in the afternoon. Now I don't have those cravings for coffee or espresso.

Blue cheese, cheese of any kind is my weakness!
Preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for my husband, I did pretty good stay on track with my reboot.
Now in another week my husband plans to go on a reboot for himself!

I lost two sizes and I didn't weigh myself yet but I will for tomorrow morning.

Wow I cannot believe this is actually happening to me! I lost total of 25 lbs. and my clothes don't fit me anymore. I went down from a size 32 to a size 22. So from 283 lbs. I took the plunge to get healthy and I am glad I did! I weigh 258lbs.

I am still enjoying the reboot, and I am totally loving it and how it affects me all the way around!
I did hit a plateau where the pounds were coming off, and but I knew the inches were shrinking and I did not have to worry as long I stay on the reboot I knew I was fine.

    Woohoo! I am doing it!

    Day 43 of 60
I can?t believe it. I lost 5 sizes and slowly losing the weight. I lost three inches along with the weight through just rebooting trying out different types of juices that was shared on the website. Plus, obtaining real healthy recipes that deals with Kale, and other greens. I never dreamed that losing the weight is fun and enjoyable. I don?t have to suffer the consequences of using diet fads that comes and goes.
The years of being on a yo-yo diet wasn?t fun, all it did was made me miserable, and there were no happy experiences during those dieting times until now!

For years I thought why am I putting myself through this? I actually thought of going to see a shrink to see if I was sane. I actually thought I was bombarding anything good (if you call it good when using fad diets) and my I wasn?t seeing any positive changes.

I was in a battle with myself vs. foods.

That was the bottom lines me vs. foods. Seeing the Video Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead was a door opener for me. ?OMG? I kept saying to myself while watching the video. LOL It all made sense to me and who would have thought ?juicing? shesh!

I ordered my first Breville Juicer and it is fantastic! I love my new toy! LOL I juice with ease! I am losing the weight at the same time! I am in control and I am loving it!
