Day 5 update: I was so hungry on day 5 that I failed with the cleanse and broke down eating..I did really good with eating..I ended up eating an avocado, and raspberries and blackberries, then some quinoa and cooked broccoli...THEN---the bad stuff----when I got home my mom made tator hot dish...and then I had like 2 cup servings...plus a bite of a blueberry muffin and a glass of skim milk.....-- Now today so far I have been good..I dont know whether to ""start over" or just call yesterday a bad day...but I am sticking to my original plan with the juicing cleanse!!! So its "day 5 on day 1 I will call it... #juiceon

Day 5-Its hard to drink the juice--like REALLY REALLY REALLY hard!!!!!!! Recap of day 4: I tried everything in my power to drink the mean green juice only up to 32oz with water! (My stomach hurts today because I'm hungry) I "worked out" attempted jogging and that went ok. Before I went to bed I prepared my juice for the next day and I thought how can I make this taste better. So I added carrots into it along with less celery, because all I can taste is the celery and kale. Considering this is the only juice I am drinking, I am thinking about adding in the other juices to my diet!!!! Highlight of the morning, I am down 17lbs, but most importantly I feel great!!!!!

Day 4- Feeling good! I forgot to report on day 3, I was feeling tired and lightheaded but today I am much better. Although, today Im finding it hard to drink the green juice...but that is maybe due to brushing my teeth right before! I checked my weight on day 3 and so far I am down 13 lbs. I am not trying to make a habit of checking my weight-so I will limit my that! Good luck to everyone!! Happy Tuesday! #juiceon!!
