• About: I am a homeschooling mother of six awesome kiddos aged 2-12, married for 13 years to my best friend. I love to read, learn, walk in nature, and travel. I'm doing a 30 day reboot in hopes of "curing" my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (symptoms of fatigue, thinning hair, depression, arthritis, excess weight, etc.)
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I'm tired of being tired and sore. I'm way too young to feel this old. I want to be there enjoying my family and life in general for many many years to come.
  • Favorite Juice? Carrot Apple Spinache Orange
  • Food temptation? Mostly desserts (pastries, doughnuts, cookie dough, cake, etc)

hi! I'm Happy to say that I am already feeling thinner, more energetic, and younger in general! I actually bought and followed Joes Reboot Diet book menu plans and it has been very helpful in easing into the juicing. I definitely recommend the book if you don't already have it.

Losing weight and getting healthy can be challenging enough. Add to that various thyroid issues, and you have the makings of one (or many) frustrating experiences. This is a place to share your joys, stumbles and rebounds with friends of a feather (who flock together).
