• About: Well, here I am, 57 years old Fat, Single and Full of Pain with no hope for the future.. Who would have thunk it, that at this stage in my life it would be so difficult. I am 5'4 and weigh over 210 lbs. I have severe body pain everywhere. I am stiff and sore and can't even bend over to pick something off the floor without a lot of effort. I work as a waitress and at the rate my health is deteriorating I don't think I have more than a year or two before I can't do it anymore or I have to force myself through the pain as I do now. I am somewhat depressed and have little to no zeal or zest for life and these days I get over whelmed from the most simplest of activities. Grocery shopping, meal planning, even writing this little bio is difficult. And on top of it all I just feel so unattractive... invisible.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: This is my 4th Reboot. Two were guided Reboots and two I did with a group this site.The first was a 15 day in Oct of 2014. It was tough for me but I loved how I felt. Since then I have gained all the weight I lost back plus more and I am feeling sicker and in more pain than ever. The second was a 30 day Guided Reboot and continued on for 30 more days with a group, all in the hopes that the longer reboot will help me to establish healthier habits and get to the bottom of my eating addictions. During the 15 day reboot I noticed some interesting emotions that were starting to bubble to the surface near the end, however as I plunged back into my old eating habits so quickly those messages were quickly quashed hence the 60 days. I feel as though I have to do something radical to make some changes to my life. I need to see some health and weight loss results quickly and I know this can do it, if I stick to it. I love the support of a group. It helps me to stay motivated to stick to it so that I can experience the benefits I desire... Energy, clear thinking, being pain free, weight loss, to name a few. Juice on Friends...
