This support group is for anyone who is eating a whole foods plant-based diet. I began on December 1, 2015 and am following the 6-week plan set out in Eat to Live written by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. Whether you are following him, Dr. McDougall, Dr. Neal Barnard, or anyone else - and are eating a whole foods, plant-based diet...and want to talk about what you are doing, please join me.

I'm sure many people are shy about revealing their progress, slips, thrills, and embarrassments. Yet all of us are here because we've been moved by the film and are eager to join the movement... so I say, let's make it happen! While it is my sincere hope many of you will join in to keep me company, I for one am going to post my journey here EVERY DAY, even if I'm the only one who does so. No point worrying what people think of you, I say...just as long as you're ok with what YOU think of you. Carpe diem!

Have you finished a reboot and are concerned about next steps? Let us join together to support each other in completing the next step. Let this be a space to encourage each other in a positive way. We can share tips, recipes, planning tools, strategies, and pictures of our meals.
