Next weekend will be big for you! I bet you are excited with tidbits of nervousness. You are about to set off into a Journey of the unknown. However for many of us on here it is a known journey. Don't be afraid to ask anymore questions or clarifications for things you may need to know before your Juice Journey!

Thanks hun I am so excited keep boring everyone around me to death talking about it lol. Be a good early start Saturday head to a local organic farm shop to get some food ingredients and got my day timed for juices. Will most likely do a daily post about how I'm feeling and my progress in the hopes to not only inspire others but keep myself going to. Would do a video diary except for my brummie voice lol. Only downside is on day two my family is meeting for a family meal at a restaurant and I'm not sure if to go for something healthy plant based salad or sit there with water the whole time.

I don't know if they have Costco's where you live but that's where I'm able to get veryyyy good deals on bulk Organic produce. I can't find any where cheaper. Make sure you get the biggest fruits/veggies possible too. Pffffttt don't let "your voice" stop you from doing a video blog if it's something that truly interests you. If someone doesn't like it because of your voice...well...they can go kick rocks. No body is perfect. Being around temptation so early on in your Juice Journey can definitely be "Hell" for certain people. They haven't had a chance for their cravings and addictions to disappear yet. So that could very well be a causal factor to get you to eat. Don't be afraid to refuse to go until you are farther along if you don't want to "Risk" it (Unless you have iron will power) or you can even phone ahead and call the restaurant to see if they will let you bring in your own Juice to drink! Where there's a will there's a way. I go to restaurants all the time but I didn't do that until 5 weeks in. OH--and if you are planning on living off just juice instead of juice+food I do not recommend you having a salad or breaking your rhythm by eating.Tsk Tsk!
