  • Starting 1st Reboot Today- Ecouragement and buddies welcome!

    I finally watched FS&ND this past Monday and it has really mootivated me to get back on track with my health. I began the diet preparation Tuesday and have finally started my reboot today! I am just looking at the 3 day (long weekend) and will see how it goes. I hope to go even further to do at least a 10 day or even 15 day reboot.

    Like everyone else, I am excited, nervous and wonder if it will really work for me or if I will be one of the people this does NOTING for... I know, crazy, but that is how my mind works.

    Anyone else dealt with this on their 1st few days of Reboot???
