I'm on day two. Day one I had a green juice for breakfast. Homemade rissoles on small bread roll . Then in the afternoon after cutting up fruit to take to the beach I cheated and had some oyster dip with Katz. The overwhelming desire to eat is annoying, I wasn't Hungary witch made it even more ridiculous. For dinner I made a mean green with an added lime to give it a zing. I then had two rissoles at about 9.00 because I was watching a movie and needed to eat something. Mindless eating. At least I'm aware of it.
Day two breakfast- mean green with lime .. I know my body loves it . Drinking more water as I haven't drank enough lately.
