    This group was created to help inspire students to get fit and maintain health in college! Many of us have experienced some weight gain and sometimes illness from dorm food, lack of money, stress, lack of time to exercise, drinking, lack of sleep, and many other factors. I personally have noticed a lot of these factors playing into my health these past few years and it has affected me negatively. So lets cut out the freshmen 20 (or more!), and keep up our minds and bodies happy and healthy by promoting optimal health through the benefits of juicing and exercise! Feel free to post tips, inspiration, and updates on your progress!
