I really like your wall. It is so inspirational! Thanks so much for it. I have just completed Day 14 and am so excited and amazed that I have actually done it. I usually end up cheating and caving into cravings but I haven't wanted to with this. I guess my body is just so happy with all the healthy raw vegan juices and smoothies that it is perfectly content. I hope I can continue to say that for at least the next several weeks. Aiming for a 30 day reboot and perhaps 60 day if I feel up to it. Thanks again for your inspirational msgs and Juice On my friend!

I'm back had some more mess ups in the eating area. But I won't stop I'm picking myself back up and moving forward. If I continue to go back I will be putting myself in a grave at a young age. Because going back is High Blood Pressure, Hard to get up out of a seat, knees hurting. extension belt on the airplane etc... I come to far to continue to let food control me. I know that it's a mindset and i have to continue to renew my mind. This is an inside out deal. WE CAN DO IT AND WILL DO IT!!!!!! So I claim day 25 !!!!! JUICE ON!!!!

    WHAT IS YOUR Y KIM?

Hey, Hey, Hey I'm on Day 17 and I have had another bout with my thought life with the food and actually ate on Friday when my grand kids came over with their frozen pizza, stuffed hot dogs and chips and Sunday with sloppy joes and kool aid and pork chops and today after drinking my juice and hot tea. Set down at the computer and thought came to fix sloppy joe sandwich and did. the blessing out of all this is a friend of mine just now called me

and she was so encouraged by looking at me at church yesterday and said you are looking great I can see the weight loss and I'm encouraged to start in Feb. because of YOU. I can't and won't go back to the way I was.... I LOVE YOU GUYS & thank God for ALL (tears)

Im on day 15 woohoo!! And I refuse to go back to the way I was. Yes I have eating 3 times during my reboot and I take it not as failure but knowing how bad I need the change in my life and how I will not be defeated by the spirit of gluttony anymore. I have leared more about my body by being on this reboot, thanks to Joe and all of YOU :-) For me to go back is Death and I plan on living a long life and enjoying healthy eating and living. So this is it for Me :-) I AM NOT A VICTIM BUT IM VICTORIOUS, IM MORE THAN A CONQUEROR SO MY FRIENDS JUICE ON!

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!

A group for those interested in not only doing a reboot but using it as a tool to effect serious change in your life. Use this opportunity to kick cravings out, face mental demons, load up on tons of fruits and vegetables and start living the life you always knew you could! I just completed my first 60 day juice only reboot on Thanksgiving (11-28-14) and lost 40lbs!!!! I felt great and still do but am not mentally where I want to be with food yet and physically still need to lose about 40lbs. So, I enjoyed my month after Thanksgiving to Christmas eating a mostly vegan diet and am ready to kick off another 60 day juice reboot. All are welcome, newbies and veterans alike, and although I am doing juice only and hope others will join me, all rebooters are welcome whether you juice only or don't or if it is for 60 days or 3. Let's join together and encourage one another to freedom!!!!
