    Yeaterday was day 6 and last night I ate a small piece of my husbands sub sandwich.. I felt horrible after I had done it and did extra cardio today. Do any of you guys ever have slip ups and is there a way to avoid them? I didn't just totally give up I guess just a minor setback. I have been beating myself up since last night :(.. But on the flip side had an awesome day 7 today love that gazpacho juice

    I have looked allover this site and was wondering if someone could tell me are we supposed to be mixing the juice with water. I am finishing day 7 tonight and at first I was not mixing the juice with water but now I have been.. because the juice recipes all come out in different amounts.. so I pretty much have been adding equal amounts of water. For example if I extract 16 oz of juice I add 16 oz of water. Am I doing it wrong?

    Whats the deal with keeping fiber in my diet.. I am completing day one and feel terrific. My brother is on me about fiber.. so please tell me.
