    This is Phase 2 of Reboot. With juicing I have lost from 214 to 200 pounds. I will weigh in again tomorrow morning. I plan to exercise 5 days a week and eat an occasional fruit or vegetable I am already juicing. I am going meatless and bread/carbless unless you count a vegetables carbs.
