I started a 60 day Reboot 2/24/14. Feel free to join, whether you are doing a 3, 5 or 10 day reboot. This is group is to give us motivation, ideas and help us to be accountable. I'll admit I had a few false starts and didn't complete past reboots. I was more focused about weight and just the 60 days. But now I focusing more of a life change and the reboot is truly to clean the slate and start from scratch to a new, healthier life. I started reading the new book of Joe's and it really struck a cord the part about "willpower". I always pride myself that I have such a strong willpower (with exception to food of course), but the fact to think of "willpower" more like a muscle and it must be exercised, nourished & rested. This will be a daily thing, and I truly think reading that part about "willpower" in the book will help me through the first 60 days of my journey. If anybody want to join my journey, please do so. Since I think the more we focus on the NOW, we will increase our chances for success.
