I am getting ready to start a reboot today. I bought the Breville Juicer that Joe had in his documentary. Before I begin to make Joe's Mean Green Drink in a little bit, how much ginger root should I put in and do I need to peel the ginger root? It's the first time I've ever bought a ginger root lol. I am getting ready to do a 8 day juicing reboot and then my husband and I will be on vacation. When we come back from vacation, both my husband and I are going to do the 60 day reboot. Hoping to hear from someone in a few minutes to the answer to my ginger root questions. and thanks. :)

I cannot find why we are supposed to drink warm water.

Can you explain why we are supposed to drink warm water in the morning?
I've read in other plans (not the FSND) that you're supposed to drink cold water in the morning to help with metabolism.
Honestly, I'm not a hot drinker, and always drink cold/or iced drinks.

I would like to hear your explanation.
I will do whatever works. :)

    Thanks for your assistance.
(I'm starting the reboot plan for 6 days and then we go on vacation, and when I come back, both my husband and I are jumping on board to do the 60 day.)
