Day 1, so far so good. Pineapple/green apples for breakfast. Lunch through dinner, green apples, cucumbers, celery, and carrots. Feeling a little bit of hunger pangs, but not so bad. The test will come at dinner time I'm sure!
I decided to postpone, and instead of 15 days, I'll do 10. It seems more manageable to me and my reward is a vacation to the Gulf Shores, AL. After I am successful (positive thinking) I will do a a second reboot in April.
Tomorrow I will start a 15 day juice only fast. Making it would be my longest stretch yet. My biggest worry is getting past St. Patrick's Day...I love the green beer and music! Please wish me luck
You can do it if you are determined to make changes for your health and life. My hubby and I did 50 days and switched to plant based eating after. It has been a miracle for us. For one thing I was a veggie hater and now I am enjoying my veggies. You just need to put you first and think about the long term goals.
