  • About: Yes, my nickname is "Juice", I've been called that for years, but it has nothing to do with juice at all. A couple of months ago, I gave the name up. At 42, no one should call me Juice anymore. It lost some luster in my eyes. Born and raised in Philly (Nicetown), but now reside in Minnesota with my Wife and our Daughter. I'm a huge sports fan(all philly sports teams and my alma mater UT). I'm a goofball, nerd, jokester, geek, but I have madd flavor. LOL
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: Before I started the reboot, I was already planning a liquid diet. A friend suggested I watch Joe's video and that's all I needed to see. I didn't really started to get overweight until around 10 years old, I guess that's when my relationship with those Cheesesteaks started. I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes around 2001, and was put on medication which then led to insulin shots. In 2009 I ballooned to 410 pounds and had Gastric Bypass. I was semi successful as I got down to 312 lbs.. ...that's when the scale stopped and started to climb. Back on the pills and shots. So I needed to reboot.
  • Favorite Juice? Spinach/Cucumber/Carrot/Apple
