So, I am 4 days before my reboot on January 6th. I am cutting down on caffeine, eliminating dairy, eliminating meat, eliminating processed foodsm, drinking juice, water, and eating produce. My question is what can I eat over the next 4 days? Whole grain organic bread, like Dave's Killer Bread? Natural peanut butter? Nuts? Any more ideas? And I on the right track?
