Thanks for "friending" me....as a newbie to the site I am really happy to see all the motivation people pass along. I am about where you were...overweight, surely have high blood pressure and tired all the time...turning 61 next month and I don't want to feel it! I used to bike 50 miles a day...where did that person go....I did a couple short reboots but got sidetracked. For now I am going to work on eating healthier through the holidays and start a full on reboot for New Years...though I do drink juice regularly....my downfall was missing chewing food...silly huh? I never got past 5 days but this time not giving in.
Day 9 and I feel like 29, now it's all or nothing. FEELING GREAT!!!!
Day 6 dinner for me.
1 cerlery stalk
4 roamon tomatoes
small bush of parsley
4 leaves romaine lettuce
1 1/2 peeled limes
Taste like V-8 but better. I feel Great!!!
Starting my day with a "Morning Glory Green Juice"
4 – 5 large kale leaves
1 large handful of spinach
3 romaine leaves
1 celery stalk
2 green apple
1 lime, peeled
1 small ginger root
It's like getting a power punch of energy from every 16oz of juice. I feel GREAT!!!
Day 5 feeling great. It's been tough but getting eazier. Thanks members!!!
I'm on day 16 today.
I feel it does get easier, it's so mental. The easy part is we are truly NOT hungry .
