I haven't weighed myself - but I'm feeling a little lighter today!
- About: Hit middle age and things are beginning to slow down and the pounds are piling on. I try to be active and have registered for a half marathon in May. This will be a challenge and I need to be a lot fitter and healthier if I hope to get past the finishing line!

- Favorite Juice? Beetroot, pear and parsnips
- Food temptation? Toast with lashings of butter
