  • About: About 5 years ago, life gave me an epiphany known as Breast Cancer. My life was made incredibly better from this dreaded disease. I became cognizant of what I was eating and where it came from. I had never realized how horrible some foods are. Along with Cancer came Hypothriodism. I don't know if it was just coincidence, but both entered my life at the same time. Instead of losing weight with Cancer, I gained 60 pounds! It took me a until a year after treatment to realize I had a thyroid issue. Over the course of a year, my Levothyroxine reached 150mg. I started losing weight. I felt good. In trying to be prescription clean and eating naturally, I also tried to cure my thyroid naturally. The weight slowly returned. Six months ago, I gave up and went back to my thyroid medication. I have taken off about 30 pounds in 6 months. I still have about 30 more to go. My first and foremost reason for rebooting is to cleanse my body and feel great. I am on day 5 of my first reboot as I write this. It has been easier than I thought it would be. I have a hobby farm on which my husband and I grow organic vegetables. We also raise goats for fresh milk and our own pork and chicken. I am a school teacher. Every day of teaching is amazing. I am blessed to have found a career in which I don't feel I work. I am very spiritual and enjoy many teachings although I am predominantly Christian.
