    I have done a number of reboots. Over time, my momentum has dwindled...so, this is a group for those of us who know our way around juicing and have outstanding goals. Perhaps, like me you have rebooted in segments; want to shed gained weight since a reboot; want to shed your next portion of weight etc.... Consider this group a dvd boxset. The episodes are our individual journeys. But what boxset is complete without bloopers & outtakes & a finale. OBJECTIVE: Juice fast one month as of october 1st No food talk. Lots of journey talk.

    I thought since the Holidays are coming up as well as the end of the year and I would rather start the year off on a positive note then as a desperate resolution, I will do nothing but juices, smoothie and salad until the end of the year. I know just juices alone would give me faster weight loss but I am trying to focus on health and not just weight alone as well as something that is sustainable for the long haul. I would love company and support if anyone else is interested? Join me and we can encourage and support each other. :)

    Okay, I started this group a couple years ago, and I don't even know if anyone still checks it. I'm toxic and feeling really bad about where I am. I did a 21 days reboot in 2011, and I've never been able to get back to that place. During that time, I've never felt better in my whole life. I kept the weight off for a year, but life got in the way and I went back to ALL my bad habits. I need support, so here I am, starting all over again. I plan to start tomorrow, May 8, and go for 15 days. Who is with me?????

    No scales, no weigh-ins...end the fixation that the "number on the scale" is your measure of success or that a scale controls your sense of self-esteem. Just juice/smoothie/transition talk with lots of support and inspiration. Jump in at any point and share the journey
