    I just started Juice Fasting and Day 1 is almost complete. There were times throughout that were tough. I felt tired and an undescribeable feeling. I am feeling ok now though. Are there any other first time fasters here>

    I tried a 4 day juice fast in the beginning of January and it worked pretty well, but I gained the weight shortly after. The problem that I had was that when I finished the fast I started eating everything I shouldn't have. I am going to try doing another 4 day fast, but this time around I am going to try and stay disciplined after the fast is done. Do we have anyone out here that has tried fasting for a second or third time around? jim
