My favorite juice is carrot, celery, pineapple, garlic and jalapeno and often I will throw in a bunch of parsley as well.
- About: Hello Everyone! My career is in manufacturing. I like golfing, swimming and walking dogs. I play piano and guitar, dabble in crafts and now keeping busy renovating new house. Recently I was the sole caregiver to loved ones and my place of work closed down. I always knew there was something going on with me mainly this perpencity towards food. I have finally had the time and been able to do the work. I've discovered a lot with online access to all the help you could need. Now I am here! Another chapter to a life long learning curve. 3 days of juicing feeling much better.
- Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: The title of the first documentary is me. I could relate to Joe and the interviewees. The weight loss of Joe and Phil over 60 days very much appealed to me. I have been thinking how I would really like to get rid of everything I ever knew about food and completely start over. Shopping, cooking, planning, organizing my kitchen and making sense of all we now know about food is what I need to do. Juicing seems to make sense by way of a simple place to start while slowly incorporate food back into my lifestyle.
- Favorite Juice? Carrot spinach apple
- Food temptation? Crunchies

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!
