Today is Day 6 for me. I feel great. My start weight 210lbs. (hate admitting that). Todays weight is 195! i'm thrilled to be under 200. Today's juice is cucumber, celery, lacinto kale, half peach, half pear. drinking some mint herbal tea. I have been biking to work each day. 3miles to work, 4 miles home. I put my green juice in my bottle holder on my bike and pack my change of clothes for work, and my 32 ou starbucks plastic water cup. I'm hoping to go for 30 days.

My bowels have slowed down to a stand still, should I take something to get the process moving? I'm on day 7.
