• About: This is my second try at rebooting, (first time was 15 days, and then I caved in from negative peer pressure). I am happily Married, have kids, and used to be very sporty, then let it all go after having children. I eat when there is any kind of big emotion- happy (lets party on the 'fun side of town' as Joe would say!). Sad (comfort in food), angry (the heck with all of ya food), etc. I'm learning to stop the denial of what is really happening with my weight. 142lbs. over ideal weight- oh my gosh never calculated that until just now! Other than the obesity I am luckily quite healthy, but I know that is just a ticking time bomb ready to go off at any moment, unless I take action so..... I'm facing the reality that I need to do this if I want to live a longer life to see my kids grow up.

  • Food temptation? Peanut butter, chocolate ice cream, cheese, dynamite shrimp
