- Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I have struggled with my weight most of my life and have been using juicing to help me lose weight and becoming overall a healthier person. My husband started juicing first for health reasons and I decided to juice with him to help support him. Now I can not only support him, but can gain benefits myself by becoming healthier and thinner.

I'm doing pretty good. Feeling a little tired today, but keeping myself up and moving. Have to sit down and do some office work. That might be why I am a little off. I am supposed to be on vacation, but being the dedicated worker I am, I am going to get a head start on month end so I'm not so stressed with year end and month end when I go back to work on Friday.
Have decided to modify reboot instead. One meal n juice. Its cold and i want hot food. I will save a fast for the summer
Glad to have you back. I don't think I could do a full fast this time of year either. I'm happy with the modified juice plan. Don't feel discouraged and keep your chin up. A modified juice fast will still yield healthy results because your body is getting everything it needs with the juice. Just stay away from the sweets and white flour items while you are doing your modified fast and you should still see results.

Starting the New Year off with juicing but not quite a juice fast? This group is all about juicing all day and then having a sensible meal in the evening or in the morning then juicing all day.
