I started juicing on January 1st, 2014. I lost 50 pounds by my birthday, June 1st, 2014. I celebrated on my birthday and have struggled with juicing and eating every since. today is June 17th.... I weighed 272. My goal is 155. I am in my 60s and 5'5". If I can do it, anyone can do it.... You will struggle, but the key is to not identify struggling to failing. You cannot fail as long as you get back up off the ground and climb back into that little red wagon... That is what I tell myself, anyways..... I had to get rid of the notion of failing.... Eating or gaining weight after a reboot is not failing..... only giving up is failing.... Have you started yet?????? BB

Drink about 60+ ounces of juice a day, plus 60+ ounces of water per day, in addition..... drink at least 8 ounces of coconut water a day when you have cravings or muscle aches....
