  • About: I am being held hostage against my will, I am a very attractive, thin, lady trapped in fat body. This kidnapping occurred approximately 8 years ago, the overly fat lady can generally shut me up with some cookies but I am making a run for it. Please help me.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I joined for support, I started dabbling with juicing about 2 years ago after watching FSND , I started out quite well, reading and educating myself, then a turn for the worse and fell victim to settling on this horrific fat body. I am 5'6", always weighing anywhere from 118-128 until I hit the 40's and menopause and to top it off had quit smoking, along with being a new step-mother to young children...need I say more??? I now weigh in at (embarrassed) 195, give or take a few lbs.....so gross....................I need the support, structure, education, and someone to lean on while I begin my new lifestyle journey.
  • Favorite Juice? Mean green ( Phil's ) & Beet/lime/apple
  • Food temptation? potato chips and ice cream

    Lost 11 lbs on the 15 day reboot, still juicing on with adding in an avocado occasionally, green detox soup, morning nut muffins (joe's recipe) , and of course kale chips. LOL Of course, added in coconut oil for omega 3, and protein in my morning smoothies, Vit D and biotin. Now I continue to juice on....
