  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: After watching Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead in Oct 2013, I went on a 30 day juice fast to jumpstart my weight loss journey. I lost 30 lbs and in the year that followed I lost an additional 70 lbs by rebooting every other month for 10 days at a time, but lately I kind of lost track and gained 40 lbs! I joined the Reboot Community to add the support I may need to go through a 30-60 day fast to get back on track and complete my journey into a Plant-based way of life.

    Starting the new year with a Reboot 10 day juice fast

    My body likes it when I'm juicing, so January 1 will be Day-1 of 30 or so. If you would like to join me (a seasoned juicer) for the first month of the year, please become a member of the group and commit to the month. I'd originally planned on starting on the second, but why wait. The first of the month sounds good to me. My only request is that food is not talked about. Retraining the brain is key and talking about the food we used to eat, want to eat or did eat isn't beneficial to anyone. You can mention the ingredients that go into your juice and what kind of protein powder you may be using, but other than that, all talk of food is out. I'd love to have you join me in this challenge.
