What an incredible weekend! I am on day 5 and I have lost 9 pounds!!! I feel so much different in so many ways! I have not had any upper GI issues and the idigestion is gone! I am feeling like my body is actually using the food it gets! I am haunted by the giant glass jar of chocolates at my mom's house. I had two last night and I think about how great they were and how much I enjoyed them. I think I will set a goal for every additional 5 pounds I will have her put one in a baggie for me. I know they are not good for me, but they were oooohhhh so goooood. OK for a treat but could not live there with them. (I guess I found my weakness food!) Anyway, my body feels good, my rings are loose and I am looking forward to getting these remaining 100 pounds off for good!!!! My mom had me tell her about it and she bought the fruits and vegetables last night and then I made her some juice for today and tomorrow. She called and said it was good and she is excited for her day. Juice on dude!!!

I slept laying down last night!!! It has been so long since being able to do that! No reflux or indigestion!! I owe it to juice and self control!!!

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!
