Looks like you're supposed to ASK THE COACH on our August 2nd Guided Reboot (30 Days) community page. Looks like they're answered pretty quickly.

I'm not getting responses to my questions either. I'm not sure if we are posting them in the wrong place or what...

I haven't seen a doctor to check my blood work. Is that necessary?

Sice I am unable to get a response by mailing you, (every time you respond this page is what I get as an email) I will post my two questions here.

Am I allpwed to drink as much coconut water as I want or is there a limit?

If you go to your inbox and see an email from her, you have to click the subject line in order to read it otherwise it will just bring you to this page. Hope this helps

    Hi Isabel (and fellow Rebooters),

Nice to meet you. I'm also a New Yorker, transplanted to London - probably before you were born.

I need to lose 20 pounds to get myself back into the healthy weight range. But, that's not why I am doing this reboot. I can lose the weight. I've done it a zillion times before. What I can't do is make permanent changes that will lead to a healthy life.

Despite sitting at a computer all day, I'm fairly active. Go to the gym three times a week, walk a few miles every day, have a black belt in karate (although it's really dusty from hanging in the closet for so long). If only I didn't have such a terrible diet, I would feel in control a bit more. Sadly...

My family and friends are amused/bemused by my decision to do this since I am the kind of person who thinks that having some salad on the plate is enough. Eating it is way beyond requirements. But, I'm looking forward to tomorrow. I am even more looking forward to what comes after Day 15. I think that is going to be the key for me going forward.

Thanks so much for helping me do this.

Greetings, Isabel! Looking forward to the Reboot Feb. 9th Group! I'm here to learn some permanent, new habits, and hopefully, after the reboot, eliminate most, if not all, processed foods. I did a self-reboot in January, but, although starting at 255, did not lose more than 0.6 lbs/day, but, I've learned to be happy with that, since I realize the trick is not just to get it off, but, to keep it off. Would like to jog/walk a half marathon at the end of summer/early fall.

    Hi Isabel,

Glad to become acquainted with you. I think your favorite juice could also become mine. I look to working with you for as long as it takes to shed 50 kgs and then keep my new weight very close to that level. I laso realise that the 1st 30 days juice fast is just the begining.
