    @Maxene,

    I will visit the plateau link. I won't worry too much about it then. I'll just keep juicing. I did weigh myself this morning and lost two more pounds so perhaps I just need to relax and keep doing what I've been doing. Love that I can get good advice and talk with others who have experienced what I am going through. Thank you Maxene and juice on! :)

    @ CynG, I also have an plateau article I borrowed off turet's post on my wall - about page 1 or 2 on my post .. interesting. I have been through three to date... but then after 2 weeks the metabolism just kicked in again.

    Besides, lol, if you lose weight to fast depending on your size too I guess, do you really want saggy skin. Nice and easy.does it. And try not to bother with the scales too much. Your loose fitting clothes, sharper memory and just being more energetic really do count as fantastic evidence for your improved health.

    I am on day 13 and have stalled. I think I gained a pound but I did not do anything different except have had 1 less juice than normal. I am going to increase my exercise and see if I can re-jump start myself again. I did find that the juice just makes me feel so much better so I appreciate that. Hoping to see the numbers go down again. Glad I'm not the only one who is experiencing this. We'll get past it. Just keep juicing! :)

    Hiya. Have encountered 3 plateaus to date in my 43/60 days, one lasting two weeks. There is a link here on Joe's site re plateaus if you wish to view it.

    I'm coming to the end of a reboot. 18 days. I didn't have as great a loss as many people. In fact, the last 6 days, I've been at the same weight. A little frustrating for all the hard work juicing.

    I'm going to start to transition off at the end of the week and move to a more plant based diet. Has anyone read the Fuhrmann books? Eat to Live vs. Eat for Health? I think Eat to Live is more extreme.

    I'm looking to adopt a healthier eating plan and was wondering if anyone had experience with moving to a more plant based diet.

    I saw a gcookbook for Forks Over Knives that looks good. The reviews of the food from Fuhrmanns books said that most of the meals must have been put together by people who never tried or tasted them. :)

    Looking for thoughts or recommendations on what you've followed afterwards that has been successful

    Hi All!
    I'm starting a 7 day reboot. I know this is going to be extremely challenging. I have overindulged and need to take down about 20 pounds. I know I can do it during the day, it's the evenings that are killer. Poor habits and that darn refrigerator.
    I just moved, have a new job and I'm trying to get back into the healthy eating habits I was so wonderful about last year.
    I've juiced in the past, but usually replacing a meal or two a day with it. Never full day juicing. I have to admit, I'm already thinking about food. But, I've got my juice and coconut water here and I'd really like to meet this goal.
    I know this is going to be mentally tough and I'm trying to prepare myself for the withdrawals. First 3 days are the hardest? Here I come!
    Anyone else just begun?

    Good Morning! Starting my second reboot. I successfully completed 21 days prior and now, I'm back for a second round!

    I will only be committing myself to a 10 day cleanse this time around.

    Day 1 and I'm a little nervous (and excited) about starting again. I have a feeling I'm going to have a harder few days of initial detox this time. I have not been kind to my body this past week with eating exceptionally poorly. I am going forward with the full understanding that the first week of withdrawal will be difficult and mentally trying.

    I'm ready for the ups and downs! The Rollecoaster and giving food the 'ole boot! Looking foward to feeling better, seeing the scale go down, brighter skin and mentally strong!

    I'd welcome anyone who wants to share in this journey.
