I'm starting a 7 day reboot. I know this is going to be extremely challenging. I have overindulged and need to take down about 20 pounds. I know I can do it during the day, it's the evenings that are killer. Poor habits and that darn refrigerator.
I just moved, have a new job and I'm trying to get back into the healthy eating habits I was so wonderful about last year.
I've juiced in the past, but usually replacing a meal or two a day with it. Never full day juicing. I have to admit, I'm already thinking about food. But, I've got my juice and coconut water here and I'd really like to meet this goal.
I know this is going to be mentally tough and I'm trying to prepare myself for the withdrawals. First 3 days are the hardest? Here I come!
Anyone else just begun?
