Nuts, Seeds and legumes are mentioned in the film which I watched maybe 5 times. Joe Cross did say he lived for 60 days with only fruits and vegetables. I am a tad confused. I'm assuming he introduced the nuts etc after the 60 day fast?

Before I begin this fast I think I need to clear this up only b/c I'll use this at a weak moment as a reason to mess up the fast. I begin today for breakfast. Much aloha, Bill

For breakfast I have been juicing about 5 or 6 different fruits together.

Typical: 1 cp cranberries, 1 red apple, 1 cp grapes, 1 cp melon, and 1 cp strawberries. Is this too much fruit?

    Peace and love,
