  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I am Rebooting because I have struggled with food addiction and weight issues. Although, I feel great my past SAD diet has left me overweight with High Blood Pressure. Recently, I joined the Dr. McDougall, Forks Over Knives, Vegan plant based food camp. Loving it. Think a Juice fast would help my tastebuds enjoy food without salt or at least small amounts.....i love salt. Also, the rapid weight reduction is great for the morale....not to mention everything else.
  • Favorite Juice? Mean Green.... AMAZING!!!!
  • Food temptation? Too much....way too much

    Sounds like you are doing great. I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow because then - no more eating - no more excuses.

    I would love a buddy! How are you doing so far? Any struggles?

    I'm starting day 6. Things are going pretty good. I got on the scale today and I can't believe I'm down 13 pounds! Are you only juicing? I juicing with one meal that is usually a salad,

    Little worried about today because we have parties and going to be out of the house.
