    Today is day #4 for me and I am starting to feel good. Not so tired and not so sleepy as I usually am!!!

    Only thing is am having trouble with is giving up coffee which I intended to but then I thought that maybe, one cup of black coffee might not be so bad. However, to be honest, I felt like I didn’t even need it today so I might just naturally give it up. :)

    How are you feeling?
