    Thanks Sam! I was recently bad on a trip and gained 5 lbs, but I'm back on all juice for the past 3 days to restore my previous losses. It's a continuous process. I love eating and drinking my veggies and fruit so it's easy to stick with my program. I guess more people at work have noticed I looked and felt better. I have two people at work who agreed to start drinking fresh juices. One in particular was skeptical that she would enjoy the juices but she ran in my office after she drank it and said she couldn't believe how delicious it was after seeing all the ingredients I put in it.

    Now I am juicing for myself, my brothers, and my 2 co-workers. They aren't 100% juice or even on the full program. They are just adding the juice to their overall diet. So I am recruiting lol. Didn't expect that I would be spreading the juicing spirit, it just happened.

    Sam, I updated my pic. I probably should have had my orignal picture show more of my extra chin lol. I think the biggest difference is my skin is clearer.

    I didn't put any makeup on. I usually don't wear much to any makeup so I thought it's a better representation of everyday me!

    lol Sam! I didn't even think of posting a new pic. I guess I feel like I don't look all that different and this picture is more flattering then some of my other before pics! I'll put up a new pic @ 50lbs ( should be by Mid March ). This would be my 25% of my goal. Then @ 100lbs ( should be in June sometime ). Then @ 150 ( hoping this will be in September ). Then if I can ever lose 200lbs, I'll update my final pic. :-).

    I'm at the juice + eating stage so it's going awesome! At this stage I'm on autopilot. You don't lose as fast when you start eating because of the fiber in your gut but you feel great, no cravings or urges to eat junk. It hasn't slowed my weight loss significantly. My overall weight loss average per day is .69/lbs a day. However it doesn't happen every day. The body is strange. You stay the same 2 or 3 days and then whooosssh you lose 2 lbs :-). When you juice only the weight loss each day is more consistant. I likely will go back and forth between juice only then juice+ eat until I reach goal weight. I have a very long journey :-). I'm down 34lbs. I have at least 150lbs more to lose, but I can definitely maintain this way of life. It gets easy after the first 15 days.

    Thanks so much for the wonderful input growm! I'm heading out today to pick up some produce and I'm just going to start with one or two juices a day for the next week to get use to juicing. I believe it will help me get better prepared for the 60 day juice fast I am beginning in about one week.

    Hey Growm... I keep trying. I guess everyday has to be treated as my first day. Back to morning yoga stretches and mean green. So many temptations. How do you do it?

    If I am very tempted, I eat veggies, fruit, hot herbal tea, veggie broth with beans, or homemade soup. It usually does the trick. It's incrediably hard to stay 100% juice. The longest stretch I've done just juice is 13 days so far. I just try to remind myself the main focus is on drinking or eating whole plant based foods which will heal my body and help me lose weight.
